Instruction and interactive activities are designed to facilitate the organization’s leadership and employees to work together and achieve a common goal. From a stress management perspective, we can survey and identify work related stressors. Sessions taught will identify theory, utilize real life current best practices and offer coping strategies.
Company Assessment
Data gathering to determine company's training needs. We work closely with executives and operating staff to identify what strategies can be implemented by providing the proper resources to strengthen the workforce from a holistic perspective.
Workforce Maintenance
